// CASE STUDY · CEDAR & LARDER · JUL 2025 → APR 2026
How a 1% e-com sliverbecame a 24% revenue engine.
Cedar & Larder is a specialty food and beverage brand — small-batch sauces, spice blends, and cold-brew concentrates sold through grocery and a handful of farmers' markets. Online was a footnote, about 1% of revenue. TGANDTEE rebuilt it as a structural channel, end to end: storefront, daily live tastings and cook-alongs out of the studio, an affiliate engine, ops, and reporting. In ten months, e-commerce went from a sliver to a quarter of the business — and the standalone online store grew alongside it.
